About Us
What is Rotary?
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
The South Granville Rotary Club is a “hands-on” group that serves the young and old in our community and internationally. We support programs in childhood education and health by providing school supplies, safe drinking water, healthy food, a decent learning environment, and correct sanitation systems. We fulfill social, economic and intellectual needs of the elderly through community activities, food drives, and need-based projects.

Join Us!
We meet every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 PM at 1153 Smith Creek Way, Wake Forest, NC.

Rotary's 7 Areas of Focus
All of our project are focused on at least one of Rotary International's 7 Areas of Focus.

Our Projects

Pollinator Garden at the South Granville Senior Center
Our club installed and maintains a native pollinator garden in front of the SGSC.

International Service
We are passionate about international service projects. We have traveled to Nicaragua to help provide clean water and access to electricity for the community of San Ramon.

Senior Center Parties
Our club throws parties throughout the year for the seniors at the South Granville Senior Center. The most popular event is our "Senior Prom". We cater food, rent a venue, and have a DJ for the seniors to tear up the dance floor.
Some of our other projects include:
• Little Free Libraries
• Rotary Meals on Wheels
• Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)
